Kevin O’Dwyer has been awarded an MA in Cultural Policy and Arts Management from University College Dublin. O’Dwyer’s research thesis Sculpture Parks - A Modern Phenomenon, focused on the policies and practices that define the modern phenomenon of the sculpture park. The objectives of the study were to identify the distinctive policies and management practices currently in place, to identify the role of the sculpture park in the wider community and to identify the key components that make the sculpture park unique in terms of visitor experience.
