Kevin O'Dwyer has been named to "Irish America's Top 100 for 2007" for his contibutions to the Arts both as an artist and his involvement in arts and heritage projects in Ireland and the USA.
2006.08.20 SOFA Chicago 2006
Crafts Council of Ireland will feature the silverware of Kevin O'Dwyer at SOFA Chicago 2006. New work will include a series of sculptural candlesticks and serving pieces. O'Dwyer's sculptural teapots will also be featured as part of the international touring exhibition " Forty Shades of Green ". Kevin will attend the opening of the exhibtion and will be available to talk about his work.
2006.08.20 Autumn and Winter Exhibitions 2006
O'Dwyer's work will be featured in a number of exhibitions throughout the autumn and winter of 2006. Exhibitions include The Hunt Museum (Limerick), National Craft Gallery (Kilkenny), SOFA Chicago (USA) and the Roger Billcliffe Gallery (Glasgow). Exhibitons will feature his new series of sculptural candlesticks, vessels and scent bottles.
2005.10.21 The Wild Geese: The Irish in America
The Irish Crafts Council will host a major exhibition at the National Craft Gallery which features the craftwork of Irish American makers and Irish born craftsperson’s who now live in America. The exhibition will take place in April 2007 and highlight the artwork of 20 contemporary makers in glass, metal, wood and clay. The exhibition will be curated by silversmith/sculptor Kevin O’Dwyer.

2003.06.12 National Award for Lough Boora International Sculpture Symposium and Bord na Mona
Lough Boora International Sculpture Symposium and Bord na Mona have received the prestigious Allianz Business2Arts award at a special ceremony in the Royal Hosiptal, Kilmainham. President McAleese presented the award to Kevin O’Dwyer (Lough Boora International Sculpture Symposium) and Mr. Tom Egan (Bord na Mona) at a gala banquet (May 28th) celebrating the special collaboration between Business and the Arts.

Jameson Short Film Awards, one of the most significant in the world of short film, have brought to light a vibrant and dynamic group of artists in film throughout Europe. The European Coordination of Film Festivals and Jameson commissioned Mr. O'Dwyer to create the award which is presented at 12 European film festivals in 2003.
